Your information is used to deliver mortgage leads, route opportunities to the right broker, process payments, communicate updates, and improve lead quality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Lead Data & Consent

All leads delivered through LendoLeads have provided express consent to be contacted regarding mortgage services in compliance with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable privacy laws (PIPEDA).

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously review our practices to safeguard your information.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Service

1. Exclusive Leads

Each lead delivered by LendoLeads is sold to one broker only. We guarantee exclusivity on every lead unless otherwise specified.

2. Payment & Billing

Leads are billed on a pay-per-lead basis according to your selected plan. Payment is processed prior to lead delivery. All sales are final unless a lead qualifies under our replacement policy.

3. Lead Replacement Policy

We replace leads that have invalid contact information, are duplicates, or do not meet the agreed qualification criteria, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to contact leads only for legitimate mortgage-related services and to comply with all applicable Canadian regulations, including CASL, PIPEDA, and provincial mortgage broker licensing requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

LendoLeads is not responsible for the conversion outcome of any lead. We provide qualified opportunities; closing business is the responsibility of the broker.
